Do ‘business’ with people you know, like and trust. That is who we are. Let us know if our ‘values’ align and how we might be a ‘valued’ resource.

Pickled Facts (Preservable)

Rather than judging others by their behaviors and yourself by your intentions, start judging others by their intentions and yourself by your behavior.

Eliminate the word ‘fear’ from your vocabulary and replace it with the word ‘curiosity’. Rather than being afraid of snakes, learn about them and the fear will dissipate. You will be moving from an emotional reaction to a logical and ‘motional’ one.

Remove the word ‘feedback’ and replace it with ‘feedforward’. Why? If you are giving or receiving advice, make sure that it has an actionable response. What can you or the other person ‘do’ to move forward? Otherwise, please keep your thoughts to yourself - providing no solutions or options or suggestions is worthless - worth less than when you offer a path forward!
